Anybody know what this means?

Bold is typed in but different color ink, italic is written in.

Anybody know what this means?

Does it have any NuBus cards in it? Maybe someone from IBM put a hard drive in it. Got a pic? [?]

I would say that it was previously owned by a company that had outsourced part or all of their IT operations to IBM.

Odd that it does not have a machine type listed. Even though it is not an IBM machine, it should have an assigned machine type.

The ICN is the IBM Customer Number.

Yeah, that is probably the case. I got it from a company that outsources their IT department, so they probably at one point outsourced it to IBM.
