| Which SimCity? |
Posted by: benjgvps on 2007-12-04 16:38:31 I want to know what version of Simcity will run on my powerbook 150 with Mac OS 7.5.3. I have tried Simcity 2000 though it needs me to have a 256 colors/grays display which I don't have. Any ideas?

Posted by: Scott Baret on 2007-12-07 11:58:58 I don't have SimCity Classic, but I know in SimCity 2000, which I've had for 12 years, there's a square that you can click in the toolbar that will dispatch either policemen or firemen. Clicking and holding will enable you to select either. If you've got a big city with a military base you can send them out too.
I'd check your manual, Maxis manuals were always very well-written and sometimes even humorous.

Posted by: mboconnell on 2008-03-20 15:33:13 That's super easy! In SimCityClassic you don't sent firetrucks or police, they send themselves. If a fire spreads quickly or a riot won't end it means you don't have enough fire/police or they are too far away.
mmm... that takes me back
