| PPC 6500, no mouse or keyboard |
Posted by: woopud on 2007-11-23 14:40:04 Just got this PPC 6500 which I hooked up to a monitor I had to see if it works and it did! I have no ADB mouse or keyboard to use with it, is there a way to re-wire a ps2 mouse to use it on a mac ?

There is only 1 IDE HD bay, there is also a bay for a SCSI device in the top but the bus is only 5MB/sec.

Bert Hee Hee. You are about to enter... the Twilight Zone. The 6500 is the worst case Apple ever made. Most people can't get them open without destroying the plastic tabs that hold it together.

I left the side panels and top though, they come off ok with the right amount of pressure at the right locations.

be careful...with the tabs...with age, the plastic gets brittle, and can
snap...and then you'll be going...@#$%!!!!!!
