| UMAX Pulsar crashing without Virtual Memory |
Posted by: slomacuser on 2007-09-30 12:03:02 I have put all RAM (on board 16 + 2x32 + 3x8 + 2x16 + 64 = 200MB total) that I had into this machine, made a clean install of Mac OS 8.6, it works great. But when I turn "off" the deafult Virtual Memory in memory control panel and restart the machine it crash loading the extensions ... ?

The 604e was one of my favorite CPU's ever. Hella fast and with balls too.
