Very nice! Even though I didn’t understand the most of technical discussions on this thread. Still nice to see the progress!

Hook yourself up with a nice SCSI2SD, and you are golden!

Which ASIC specifically was at fault in the end? Serial?
Posted by: SophieRose on 2023-06-20 12:13:53
@joshc Well originally adb.. I swapped them both around which just moved the fault.. which is how I found it.

My IIci's serial is wonky - I need to investigate sometime.

Good luck!

What were you trying to do with the port?

Yried my wacom serial tablet on it.. changed the serial switch to compatible too.. it just locks up. Wont do a loopback test either in snooper😢 will fix am sure.

Fixed serial ports... all I'm gonna say is Bomarc 😃 20231005_185001.jpgpin 44, 3, 43, 4 and ahhhhh

20231005_184526.jpg it still doesnt like my 2 bluescsis.. keeps failing random sector tests in snooper and randomly locking up whilst copying files but getting there slowly.. it seems more reliable with a real hard disk... she says as it bad chimes and asks to restart lol.. oops
