Anyone have a Powerbook 100 and a Floppy Emu?
Posted by: Tashtari on 2025-08-19 07:37:32 This is not compatible with the IIfx. The IIx does mount an HD20 when booted from 6.0.3. the Mac IIcx does mount the HD20 when booted from 6.0.3 Thanks! I have updated my compatibility matrices accordingly.
Posted by: superpete on 2025-08-19 22:16:19 For anybody searching: To convert a disc image, made from a .BIN and .CUE files, one way to convert it into an .ISO image on Windows is the following: Download this software. https://github.com/extramaster/bchunk/releases Pull up the Command Prompt. Navigate to your download folder where you have the .BIN and .CUE files. Use the cd command to change directories. Assuming bchunk is in the same place as your download folder, your command might look like the following: C:\Users\-----------\Downloads>bchunk.v1.2.1_repub.1-bin-cue-iso.exe -v "Night of the Living Disc.bin" "Night of the Living Disc.cue" "Night of the Living Disc.iso" The tool should just take a few seconds to process it. You can also use Discmaster to mount it. Eg if you go to the info path for the disk you can mount it directly into an emulated Mac: Developer CD Series 1990: Night of the Living Disc It even works for random files and folders. Eg looking at the Mac II HD20 driver info and pressing Open in Mac OS 8.1 will dynamically create a disk image with the contents and open it in an emulated mac:
