No it is not. But the links on the page I linked too you can download directly from. My link is the older original program, Paralel's link on his post is the last latest version that is freeware.
In fact, I'll post the freeware version here:

Many thanks guys, ill have to wait for my powerbook 1400 to arrive to able to download it and get it on my Se/30 so hopefully by next week ill have that. plus my memory should arrive tomorrow. I did try getting my se/30 online this weekend only to get a messege saying not enough ram to run netscape. Its all coming together slowly
