Posted by: Dan 7.1 on 2007-07-24 17:49:58 alright well i've gotten the tibook 90% of the way back together. i thought i would be done today, but then the plastic clip which is glued inside the bottom metal bezel came unglued, so now i've got to epoxy that lol. anyways got a few pics. just go here and scroll down to the bottom, the final like 10 or so pics are the ones from today. i'm feeling lazy 😛
Posted by: Dan 7.1 on 2007-07-25 15:18:44 Alright well it's running! and i've also got a pic of the other TiBook i repaired recently here. i'll get to the lombard tomorrow sometime probably. I also took the pictures with my new (and possibly permanent depending on how i like it) Canon Powershot G6. The one i was using before was a G2 and i absolutely love it, but the extra pixels and blah blah of the G6 are tempting. I'll use it for awhile before finalizing my decision. One thing's for sure i like the build of the G2 better, feels more solid. the G6 feels more like a toy. and it STILL sucks at low-light shots.
