That is one nice looking back plate joethezombie. It completes the mystic rebuild. I need one.
I have the 33Mhz 68040 processor on my LC 575 board. I bought a full 40Mhz 68040 CPU. Is it a drop in replacement? Will it run at 40 Mhz if I drop it in?

No it will not run at 40MHz. Since you already have the full 040, buying one *rated* to run at 40MHz will make zero difference.
