Got a mini DIN-8 to DE-9 Null Modem cable, and either a USB-to-serial bridge, or a real serial port on your computer? You can ZModem the files over using ZTerm and another program on your computer (You can use HyperTerm).
The other thing is since you say you have Ethernet connectivity with the CC, you could try to setup a AppleShare server (netatalk I think?) to share files over your network to the CC.
