That screenshot *really* looks like bad Mega II-side RAM. It's possible the code isn't being reported correctly because of that.

Looks like that's an issue with ROM. Reseat it, for starters, as Byte Knight said.
I’ll try reseating it a couple more times.

Try reseating everything, and while you're at it check if the battery is leaking and if there's any goo around the PCB in that area (the battery on a ROM 1 is near where the power supply cable plugs into the motherboard).

@logan48maer Send a PM to @Cory5412, and he can merge the two threads into one for you. Also, check your PMs. Sent you a link to a replacement ROM chip, if it turns out that, yes, it's the ROM that's the issue.

The battery was removed when I got it. The board looks pretty clean from what I can tell, though I'm definitely not an expert.
