The Japanese keyboard! What made you go that route? I have one, but I would imagine they are more expensive. No particular reason except its much more available, cheaper and with cheaper shipping from Japan than from anywhere else for me, I'm in Serbia. Came out to around €45 shipped for keyboard and about €20 shipped for mouse and mousepad. The motherboard came from there too, all using yahoo auctions (their ebay-like auction house) via a proxy shipping service, its a goldmine of Apple and retro stuff in general, but shipping an entire computer or anything bulky is too expensive and also risky if it includes a CRT. There's also import customs and local VAT costs to take into consideration. | | < 2 |
