RS also has a presence in Australia and might be worth a look. Their UK arm is pretty good, anyway.
Discharging - the main thing for 'not destroying anything else' is to make sure you ground it to the right place. Thanks for the suggestion - unfortunately RS doesn't let me buy any less then 5 RIFA replacements - I only need 2.
Again thank you for the suggestion! Element 14 seems to be the best option for me.
