They arnt very common. Not nearly as common as the plain old 5120.

Techknight and I have been working on getting a different PDS RAM card together... We've got a former Dynamic Engineering batch of PCB's ready to populate.. I just have to get him the code OCR'd from the paperwork... It's all about finding time to do this... 🙂

Hisashi-san, the original RAM cards are no longer sold and used ones are impossible to find, so people here are trying to build one that will work in its place. But it's not a finished product you can order, they are still working on it. You'll have to wait until they are done.
Anyone know how to mark a forum thread so you can get updates emailed? That might help the OP.

theres a 4 Meg, and a 6Meg PDS version right now on ebay. PDS versions work in both models.
