All the best You're looking for an "axial fuse". @Bolle says 7A. If you search for a 7A axial fuse you'll find lots on, for example, mouser, then narrow it down to one about the right length. As long as it is more than the battery voltage, the voltage doesn't really matter, and it doesn't matter what it looks like.
