looks like were on our own with the IIfx ram simms… its ok though… i have a few tricks up my sleeve.

use itead. thats what I use for "prototyping" runs and they are pretty cheap.

alright got my IIfx going.

thanks to zackl for making it possible for me to own one 🙂

btw the NUTmeg video card Exploded in my face… not something i was expecting. I about fell on the floor.

it was one of those dipped tantilum kind of caps that exploded... man when they go … its with a freaking bang!

i replaced it and no dice with the nutmeg video card…

Threw in the emachines Video card from the Mac II … and Video!

I have a dougg3 ROM simm in there… boots up 7.0.1 lickety split!

The IIfx needed a new

- power switch

- caps

- battery holders

- 2 fresh pram batteries
