If you want I could hook my 8100 up to my PC's svideo input and try to generate a sadmac. Who made the origional 🙂 😉 etc smilies?Me! They were actually designed for AppleFritter 2.0, but were adopted here as well. The original thread about them is here here, though all the images are now long dead. A couple (such as 8-o , :lol: and the original version of xx( ) have been contributed by others since. I think iMac600 made the first two, but I'm not sure (off hand) who made the third. | |

I think iMac600 made the first two, but I'm not sure (off hand) who made the third. 8-o :lol: Initially it was just the "eek" which was supposed to be a non-animated Mac smiley with big eyes, but I think you added the animation to it shortly before it was made part of the default smiley set. The laughing Mac smiley was my second, which I made after getting the idea from the Australian Magna Club forums and realised we had no default smiley to express humour or laughter. That one was animated from the start. | |
