Slacken the screws underneath?

You have got a small lock to remove the drive, if not, yes maybe try what Beachycove says.

I unlocked the slider and removed all three torx screws underneath

Remove the keyboard then and try to move the drive out.

Never mind I took the logic board apart after posting the photos. Any advice on cleaning both the plastic and the circuits?

Will be hard to get rid of it anyway, had a 5300 like that, cleaned it a couple of times, in the end i swapped the casing with a better one.

One of the battery connector is broken BTW.

The battery is dead and it leaked. The battery connector is unusable after a small clean and after a barely touch on the connector now I got only two out of five of them

No sign of life: I hear a strange noise like a scratching sound when I press the reset button or plug it to the power supply. The green light does still come on at times (not always)

Wash the board for a try.

I've already tried to clean with Isopropyl Alcohol. Please keep in mind that I don't know nothing about cleaning circuit  :b&w:
