I have a beige G3 tower Never call it that!!! They're not beige!
I and just about everyone else calls them Beige G3, cause everyone knows them by that name.
Well, whomever started that trend is an idiot. And I don't know why people call them that. I however, refuse to call mine 'beige'.

i will forever call my AIO a Beige G3, no one will force me other wise, cause that is what i knew it as from other people calling it that. no one will force you to call it a Beige G3, plus there is different variants of the color Beige, so one could call platinum a form of Beige

Apple called them beige in commercials when the original iMac first came out. That may have made the term more popular.

I am an owner of a Desktop G3 as well as a 6500/225 (the one MultiFinder17 mentioned). They are both great capable machines. :beige:
