Apple Keyboard and Mouse II
Apple Macintosh Color Display (Trinitron)
Apple Thermal Printer
ImageBanger II (Alreay have one. Selling, make an offer)

Power Mac 7200 (Selling, make an offer)
Performa 638 CD (Selling, make an offer)

Posted by: Carboy7 on 2017-04-11 16:28:51 That's a good haul!
|
Posted by: unity on 2017-04-11 18:36:27 Good haul indeed!
|
Posted by: Johnnya101 on 2017-04-11 18:46:27 First actual "haul" I've seen on Craigslist ever! Here was that one smaller one I talked about in the lounge and a Classic a while ago.
That G4 even has a thinner square box inside with a photo of a keyboard and pick mouse on it. I'm going to check it all out tomorrow but hopefully it's all there!
Next up: a boxed 512k I'm getting next week (Not sealed)

Posted by: CC_333 on 2017-04-11 19:31:50 I might consider the Performa 638CD, but special precautions will need to be taken for shipping due to the risk of SpindlerPlastic breakage.

Posted by: Johnnya101 on 2017-04-12 02:58:25 Don't worry, I'm not an eBay seller!
|
Posted by: Johnnya101 on 2017-04-12 04:15:26 Here it all is! Excuse the mess. I've got to clean them all now before I do anything, they are covered with a thick black greasy dust...
The G4 box had some mold. The accessories box inside had no keyboard, but had a mouse plus tons of manuals and restore CDs
Printers are hidden behind the stack of desktops. That Performa 638 is at the bottom I think.

Posted by: MJ313 on 2017-04-12 11:55:43 Now you've got a good test bed for all those LCII boards you've got to recap!
|
Posted by: Themk on 2017-04-12 12:56:28 So cool! Performa 638CD!! So jealous. Might be getting a Quadra 800 from slomacuser in Slovenia though...
|
Posted by: Johnnya101 on 2017-04-12 14:31:55 Just wondering... Whats so great about a Performa 638CD?
And MJ, I know! I think they were just LC, but I don't think it will make a difference as the PSUs are all the same?
|
Posted by: Themk on 2017-04-12 14:39:14 Its almost a quadra. Thats whats cool. The counterpart Quadra is the 630.

Posted by: Unknown_K on 2017-04-12 19:40:52 Large conquests were quite a bit if fun back in the day when nobody wanted old computer "junk". You end up with all kinds of bits you never expected to need but did many years later. These days people want ebay x 10 prices for everything so conquests are usually just single systems.

And MJ, I know! I think they were just LC, but I don't think it will make a difference as the PSUs are all the same? Oh sure, totally swappable. See if that LCII works! Also check the power supply brand. If it's tdk, you will want to recap that, but they are fun and easy.

Posted by: Johnnya101 on 2017-04-13 07:33:59 As long as it's through hole, I'll be fine!
I'll probably have time to try it out today.
|
Posted by: CompuNurd on 2017-04-13 10:06:35 I still have cap kits for TDK PSUs. PM me if you want a few.
|
Posted by: Johnnya101 on 2017-04-13 10:24:53 Ok! I'll let you know.
|
Posted by: Johnnya101 on 2017-04-15 17:56:23 It's an Astec.
