I don't know the specific card, but have you tried the Mobius drivers here :

Yes, they are for the mobius 030 accelerator, the speedscreen se it's a 68k 16 mhz accelerator with a full page dysplay output.

Have you tried the Mobius Video driver from there? I thought were drivers for multiple Mobius cards there, must be thinking of something else.

I'd suggest trying the GemStart driver for the processor bit, they work with some Mobius upgrades.

I used tattletech to analise but didn't found anything about the hardware, but when i installed ramdoubler, the software alert to me that he can't start the ramdoubler because of an accelerator installed.

I don't understand what you're saying. TattleTech tells you what processor is being used on the tab that opens on launch.

So the video control panel that comes with the Mobius drivers didn't work? I have the Mobius 030 in my SE with video out and it is working with the drivers from https://vintageapple.org/macdrivers/accel.shtml.
Weird, I can't find advertisements for this card, usually when I search the internet archive I can find something, but no hits so far. What I did find in mention of something just called "the mobius card", which sounds like it may be the same card, or it's predecessor.

I just posted a bunch of drivers for the NewLife cards on my site, they also have video output. I doubt they'd work but it's worth a try.

Perhaps if it is a TTL connector a control panel isn't required: https://archive.org/details/MACREPUPGSECRETS/page/n187/mode/2up?q=mobius
